[Forum] Encuesta Toxicidad Carotenoides

Estimados colegas del foro:
  Como ya habrán podido leer en mensajes anteriores, continúo con mi investigación sobre carotenoides y su influencia en la salud de aves silvestres mantenidas en cautiverio, con especial interés en Flamencos, Ibis Escarlata y Espátula Rosada. Esta vez necesito de su colaboración para responder un muy breve y sencillo cuestionario, que me permitirá obtener datos estadísticos de interés para dicha investigación.
  En el mismo encontrarán un ítem mediante el cual podrán especificar si desean recibir las conclusiones una vez finalizada la encuesta.

    Dear colleagues of the forum:
As you could read in previous messages, I continue with my investigation on carotenoids and their influence in the health of wild birds kept in captivity, with special interest in Flamingoes, Scarlet Ibis and Pink Spoonbill. This time I need your collaboration to respond a very brief and simple questionnaire, that will allow me to collect statistical data of interest for this investigation.
I will send you the results of the survey if you are interested in this topic.
  If you can share your experience with me I will deeply appreciate it.
